The Last Stride Journal is Australias best guide to the future winning horses that are currently in trackwork. Every issue features articles covering racing in Brisbane, Toowoomba, Sydney, New South Wales country, Melbourne, Victorian country and Adelaide.

The Black Book searches our last four issues of The Last Stride Journal for any horses that are running today - which saves you time and is less error-prone then doing it yourself. When displaying horses, The Black Book includes all comments made about those horses in the Journal. So while it is up to you to select who you will back, you will be provided with all of our Journal information to do so.

The Last Word is exactly that - the very last word on the days racing selections. It gives you direct access to our horses highlighted by our team for that day. Please note - you cannot enter The Last Word prior to 9.30AM AEST (QLD time) each raceday where we have selections, so that we can give you the most up to date information.

The Good Oil is our multiples selections for selected prominent Queensland races. It is available every Saturday and public holidays after 9:30AM QLD time. The Good Oil is for the multiples players who like to take the exotic forms of punting, like quadrellas, trifectas, quinellas, first fours, etc.

The Movers And Shakers features the best-backed runners with our professionals from around Australia. It is only available on a Saturday after 9:30AM (Queensland time), and is made available as an audio file. This service is intended for the serious punter who wants to know where the big bets are being placed.

In addition to our regular services we have the Pokie Picker - when all else fails try our random selector. Great fun, and it can find the odd winner or two.

Finally we have our Classic Calls featuring in our opinion two of the greatest races to grace Australian turf and a phantom call that will rattle the cage of a few racing pundits.

Our editor, Pat OShea, has been course announcer at Clifford Park in Toowoomba for the past 20 years. He calls every race and every barrier trial that happens there. A very good percentage of Toowoomba and Downs trained gallopers win races in the metropolitan area and there is no better source of that information than OShea. He also has been a form analyst of Queensland racing for 35 years. His network of track watchers in Toowoomba, Brisbane and the Gold Coast keep him fully informed on all that happens before the sun comes up. In the years that The Last Stride has been operating, OShea has earned a reputation for finding the right horses, but more importantly, at the right prices. Winners at prices of 20 to 1 and better have been common.

We also provide a detailed Sydney city, and mid week service from The Informer and his team of trackwork watchers and form analysts. Our subscribers can testify to their strike rates and ability to spot a good horse early in its preparation. Our results speak for themselves.
